The special V Art cards from the Gen 1 Eeveelutions were recently held back and not printed with the Evolving Skies set. Now they come in the form of a Premium Collection Box.
Each VMAX Premium Collection comes with the Promo card, an oversized card, collectors pin and 5 booster packs.
